摘要 以湿式除尘器为研究对象,通过试验探究风量、节流强度和pH值对除尘器脱硫效率的影响规律.试验表明,Q<2 430 m3/h时,增大风量,液气比升高,液膜厚度减小,脱硫效率增加,Q>2430 mr/h时,烟气停留时间过短,脱硫效率减小;增加节流强度,气力节流雾化强度升高,液气比增加,脱硫效率线性增长;提高pH值,脱硫效率以抛物线形式变化,增幅逐渐减小;最佳pH值区间为6~6.5,脱硫效率可达到94%. Taking a wet dust collector as the research object, the influence laws of air volume, throttle strength and pH value on desulfurizafion efficiency of duster is explored by experiments. The results show that, desulfiafization efficiency improves with the increase of liquid - gas ratio and reduction of liquid film thickness by rising air volume under the condition of Q 〈 2 430 m3/h; however, desulfurlzation efficiency decreases for too short residence time of gas by increasing air volume on the condition of Q 〉 2 430 m3/h. Desulfurization efficierrey appears linear growth on account of rising of liquid - gas ratio and the strength of pneumatic throttle atomization by adding throttle strength. By improving pH value,desulfurization efficiency changes in a parabolic form, while the increasing amplitude decreases gradually;the optimum interval of pH value is 6 to 6.5 and the desulfurization efficiency can reach 94%.
