摘要
长输油气管道完整性管理已经从引进、消化、吸收、再创新的过程中取得了长足的发展,成功地由理论转化为应用,发展了数据管理、高后果区识别、检测与评价、维护维修、以及效能评价等多项成熟的技术,在技术和数据积累方面为基于管道完整性管理的风险评价技术的发展奠定了坚实的基础。基于管道完整性管理的风险评价技术在管道完整性管理数据和各项技术的基础上,通过数据挖掘建立评价指标体系,结合数据对齐和风险贡献率判定技术,实现管道风险的量化评估,便于风险排序,同时还融入了高风险治理准则,为领导层制定具体的维护维修或整治规划、实施计划及运营管理的决策提供更加精细的支持。
Long- distance oil and gas pipeline integrity management has made considerable development in the process of introduction, digestion, absorption and reinnovation, successfully transformed from theory to application. It has developed a number of mature technologies, such as data management, high consequence area identification, inspection and evaluation, maintenance, performance evaluation and so on. The technologies and data accumulated have laid a solid foundation for the development of risk assessment based on pipeline integrity management technology. Based on pipeline integrity management data and technologiez and data mining technology, the evaluation index system is set up and combined with data alignment and risk contribution rate determination, the quantitative assessment of pipeline risk is realized, easy to risk align. Meanwhile high risk control guidelines are integrated, which can provide accurate support for the leaders to the stipulation of specific Inaintenance and remediation planning, plans implementation and operatiom management decisionmaking.
