两种生理调节剂对南阳牛增重和饲料利用率的影响

摘要 选择 40 0 kg左右的南阳牛 48头随机等数分为 3组 ,在相同基础日粮条件下 ,试验1组和试验 2组的日粮中分别添加 5mg/ kg克伦特罗和 2 mg/ kg F89,对照组不添加。经过47d的育肥试验 ,克伦特罗和 F89组育肥牛的日增重分别为 0 .98和 0 .78kg,比对照组相应提高了 53.1 %和 2 1 .8% ;饲料转化效率也提高了 ,料重比分别比对照组降低 52 .9%和2 2 .4%。克伦特罗使育肥牛的血清生长激素水平上升 ,T4 水平下降。 Nanyang yellow cattle bulls were divided into 3 groups to carry out a feeding trial for 47 days,with 5mg/kg Clenbuterol and 2 mg/kg F89 adding in rations for group l and group 2 respectively.The results showed that the daily gains of Clenbuterol group and F89 group were 0.98 and 0.78kg respectively ,which were higher than that of the control group by 53.1% and 21.8%.The ratio of concentrate to weight gain of Clenbuterol group and F89 group were 52.9% and 22.4% ,which is lower than that of the control group. It also indicated that Clenbuterol could increase the serum GH and decrease T 4 level.
