阵列光电池及其在增量式光电编码器的应用

摘要 为解决航空航天仪器小型化问题,以光电池阵列结构代替狭缝功能,将狭缝与光电池合二为一,使光的二次衍射变为一次衍射,以提高信号质量。由于光电池采用了阵列结构,缩小了面积,降低光源不均匀等影响,安装调试方便,有利于产业化生产和航空航天仪器的小型化。实践证明,取消狭缝,采用阵列光电池既提高了信号质量,又降低了加工成本,是增量式光电编码器的重要改进。 To solve the problem of aerospace equipment miniaturization, we use photocell array structure to replace the slits, and combine the slit with the photocell. Changing the diffracted light into a secondary diffraction, improves the signal quality. Using photocell array structure, reduces the size and the effects of uneven light, conducive to industrial production and aerospace equipment miniaturization. Practice has proved, cancellthe slit to using an array of photovoltaic cells viable, incremental photoelectric encoder is an important improvement.
