以内螺纹瓶盖自动脱螺纹模具为例,阐述了定模模内自动脱螺纹的工作原理和结构特点,分析了注塑件模具的设计流程。模具运用液压马达进行抽芯,提高了生产效率和塑件质量。经生产实践验证:模具结构合理,动作平稳、可靠。

The working principle and structure design for a bottle cover injection mould with automatic thread-demolding mechanism are introduced in this paper. The core-pulling of the mould is driven by hydraulic motor. It is validated that the mould structure is reasonable and the mould motion is stable by production practice.
