摘要
为了提高对复杂轮廓图形线切割加工的轮廓精度和表面质量,提出了采用图形逆向设计法获得矢量化轮廓图形,然后采用图形交互式线切割编程加工出零件的方法,并应用此方法试验加工了对称偏置槽槽轮机构中的槽轮与柱销,提高了线切割零件的轮廓精度,保证了零件的表面质量。
In order to improve the profile accuracy and surface quality of the parts with com- plex contour by wire cutting, a graphics reverse design method is used to obtain the vector contour of parts. Then graphical interactive wire cutting programming method is applied to manufacture the parts. This method was applied to produce geneva wheel and pin of a gene- va mechanism with symmetrical offset grooves. It is proved that the outline precision of the cutting parts is improved, and the surface quality of parts is ensured.
