摘要
电视机遥控器电池盖是日常生活中常见的塑料件,结构较为复杂。以该塑件为例,运用UG 6.0软件完成了产品建模、分模、浇注系统、冷却系统及斜顶杆抽芯机构的设计。模具采用侧向抽芯和斜顶相结合的方法,实现了产品的顺利脱模。该方法可以缩短设计周期,降低模具生产成本。
TV remote controller battery cover with a complex structure is a common plastic part in daily life. Focusing on this plastic part, design of modeling, parting, gating system, cooling system and lifter core-pulling mechanism are finished with UG 6.0. Products could be ejected easily with side core-pulling and lifter. The method can shorten the design cycle and reduce production cost.
