SWOT analysis of carrying out HIV management and voluntary counseling and testing by community health service centers in Xuhui District

社区卫生服务中心开展艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者管理及自愿咨询检测工作是落实艾滋病防控策略的重要措施。该研究通过SWOT分析法,找出社区卫生服务中心开展HIV感染者管理及自愿咨询检测工作的优势和劣势,面临的机遇和挑战,并根据分析结果提出工作策略。

Carrying out HIV management and voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） by community health service centers is an important measure for HIV prevention and control. In this study, the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of carrying out HIV management and VCT in community health service centers were explored through SWOT analysis method. And targeted strategies were put forward according to the results of the study.
