宝山区医疗机构口腔科综合治疗台水污染状况调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解宝山区医疗机构口腔科综合治疗台水路污染情况。方法:监测点选择依从性较好的各级公办医疗机构口腔科及民营口腔诊所共19家单位。采取现场诊疗前及诊疗过程中主动监测采样的形式,汇总检测口腔综合台手机水、冲洗水、漱口水的细菌菌落总数,了解其污染状况。结果:共采集样本328份,其中水源水采样82份(治疗台储水罐水33份,城市管路水源水49份),手机喷水、漱口水、冲洗水各82份。水源水细菌总数为28(0,195),手机水细菌总数为58(17,795),冲洗水为46(0,175),漱口水为18(0,145),手机水细菌总数要高于冲洗水、漱口水及水源水细菌总数(Z=-2.084,P=0.037;Z=-3.332,P=0.001;Z=-4.319,P=0.000),公办医院的各项细菌总数要低于民办医院细菌总数(Z=-4.841,P=0.000)。结论:应加强对牙科综合治疗台水路的清洗消毒管理,并定期检测供水微生物状况,及时更换过滤器滤芯,定期消毒,预防口腔科医院感染的发生。 Objective To learn about water pollution in Department of Stomatology of medical institutions in Baoshan district. Methods Nineteen institutions including Department of Stomatology of public medical institutions at all levels and private dental clinics were chosen for monitoring. Initiative monitoring samples were taken before treatment and during treatment. The total number of bacterial colony of dental drill handpiece water, wash water, mouthwash slobber were detected to learn about the state of pollution. Results We collected 328 samples,of which there were 82 samples of source water (water storage tank water treatment station 33, city pipeline water 49),82 samples of dental drill handpiece water, 82 samples of mouthwash slob- ber and 82 samples of flushing water. The total bacterial count was 28(0,195) for source water, 58 (17,795) for dental drill handpiece water, 46 (0,175) for flushing water, 18(0,145)for mouthwash slobber. The total number of bacteria in dental drill handpiece water was higher than that of flushing water,mouthwash slobber and source water(Z=- 2. 084,P=0. 037;Z=- 3. 332,P=0. 001 ;Z= -4. 319,P=0. 000). The total number of bacteria in public hospitals was higher than that in private hospitals(Z= -4. 841, P= 0. 000). Conclusions We should strengthen the management of cleaning and disinfection of dental unit water, and regularly detect the w microorganism status of water, timely replace filters, disinfect regularly to prevent hospital infection in Department of Stomatology.
