摘要
利用聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和壳聚糖(CTS)复合絮凝剂絮凝处理焦化二沉池废水,通过控制复合絮凝剂组成、投加量、pH值及搅拌速度等因素,对废水絮凝效果进行了分析。实验结果表明,在最优化絮凝条件下,PFS-CTS复合絮凝剂对焦化二沉池出水有很好的絮凝效果,废水TOC去除率最大可达70%以上,为PFS-CTS复合絮凝剂的规模化应用提供了理论依据。
Coking wastewater was treated by the compound flocculant with polyferric sulfate and chitosan. The flocculation effects were analyzed by adjusting composition of the compound flocculant, flocculant dosage, pH and stirring rate etc. The results showed that polyferric sulfate-chitosan compound flocculant was an excellent flocculant for coking wastewater and above 70 % TOC removal efficiency could be achieved in optimal conditions. The experimental results would be served as technologic basis for large scale application of polyferric sulfate-chitosan composite flocculant.
