摘要
武钢8号高炉投产4年多来一直保持良好操作炉型,对8号高炉的维护经验进行总结,认为合理的高炉炉型设计及生产维护是保证良好操作炉型的关键,介绍了武钢8号高炉维持良好操作炉型的相关技术和生产实践。在生产过程中关注炉型变化,通过软水管理,炉料优化,装料制度调整,加强炉前渣铁排放等手段稳定渣皮,从而达到维持良好操作炉型的目的。
It had nlaintained in good operation linging experience since the No. 8 blast furnace in WISCO was put into production for 4 years. The maintenance experience was summarized systematicly. The authors believed that the key of good blast furnace operation linging was the reasonable blast furnace design and production maintenance. The related technologies and production practice in good blast furnace operation linging maintenance of No. 8 blast furnace in WISCO were introduced. By means of paying attention to the variation of furnace linging in the process of production, soft water management, burden optimization, charging system adjustment and reinforce the emission of metal-slag , slag skin becomed stabilized. Consequently, the aim of maintaining good blast furnace operation linging cluld be achieved.
