摘要
转炉炼钢生产中小车坠落会造成重大事故,有必要在升降小车中设置防坠落装置。设计了3种不同的小车防坠落方案,主要论述了弹簧楔块式防坠落装置的主要特点和受力分析,论证了此装置的合理性和可靠性。
An accident will be occurred when the lifting car falls down in the production of converter steel-making. Three kinds of anti-dropping device for lifting car were designed. The main characteristics and force analysis of spring wedge type anti-dropping device was discussed. The rationality and reliability of the device were also explained.
