摘要 针对武钢热轧二分厂厚板层流冷却控制中尾部温度陡降的问题,详细分析了"Flying Carpet"模式下因速度测量系统的切换而产生的速度抖动现象对层流冷却前馈控制造成的干扰,结合现场实际情况,提出了1套反馈速度优化方案,实际控制效果表明:带钢尾部温度陡降现象消失,由此产生的性能改判和卷取机停车问题得到彻底解决,提高生产稳定性,保证产品质量。 To resolve the problem that the temperature of the thick strip tail dropped sharply in the laminar cooling section of No. 2 Branch of General Hot Strip Ro Uing Mill of WISCO, the strip speed jump caused by the switching of speed measuring system under the "Flying Carpet" mode was analyzed in detail, which influenced the feed-forward control of the laminar cooling section. And based on the existing control system, a solution of feedback speed optimization was presented. The actual control result showed that the phenomena of strip tail temperature dropping sharply was disappeard. So the problem of strip performance and coiler shutting down were resolved. The stability of production was enhanced, and the quality of product could be guaranteed.
