摘要 通过调研国内外焦炭热性能对高炉操作影响的研究进展,发现日本炼铁界对焦炭反应性关注度较高,且观点较一致:在确保焦炭冷、热态强度的前提下,较高反应性的焦炭有利于抑制风口部位焦炭的粉化和改善高炉炉内矿石还原速度,利于低成本冶炼;国内对焦炭反应性对高炉操作影响机理方面的探讨较日本少,观点与日本不同,认为焦炭具有较低的反应性和高强度利于高炉操作。建议更为全面深入研究热性能对高炉操作的影响,并在生产实践中进行探索,以求在领域内达成共识。 By investigating the research progress of the coke thermal property effect on the blast furnace operation at home and abroad,it was found that the ironmaking industry in Japan payed higher attention to the coke reactivity, and they have the same opinion: under the precondition that the cold and hot strength of the coke was ensured, the high reactivity of coke was conducive to inhibit the coke powdering in the tuyere area and improved the reduction rate of ore in blast furnace to achieve the low-cost smelting. Comparing with Japan, the domestic study payed less attention to the influence of the coke reactivity on the blast furnace operation. And their opinions were different from the Japanese's. They though the coke with lower reactivity and high strength was helpful to the blast furnace operation. The author suggested that the technicians in the eoking industry field should carry out a more comprehensive and systematic research on the mechanism of the thermal performance influence on the blast furnace operation and combine the research with the production practice in order to reach a common understanding in the field and guide the coking and coal blending practice. The thermal performance of coke shall be also investigated under the simulation that the blast furnace operates under the condition of alkali metal.
