玉米产量性状配合力遗传分析

Genetic Analysis of Combining Ability of Yield Properties of Maize

通过对 8个中晚熟玉米自交系产量性状进行双列杂交分析 ,表明各个自交系产量性状的一般配合力与特殊配合力存在显著差异 ,玉米杂交种F1的产量构成受到一般配合力与特殊配合力的共同作用 ,用特殊配合力对F1的作用大于一般配合力。特殊配合力高低与一般配合力无明显相关关系。因此在玉米杂交种组配与自交系改良工作中 ,既要兼顾双亲的一般配合力与特殊配合力 。

Dialled_cross analysis of yield properties of eight Maize inbred_lines showed that there are notable difference between their general combining ability(GCA)and special combining ability(SCA).GCA and SCA affect the yield constitution of maize hybride F 1,but the effect of SCA on F 1 is greater than that of GCA.There is no obvious relationship between SCA and GCA.It is suggested that when the maize hybrids are associated and the inbred_lines are improved ,both the GCA and SCA of their parents must be given attention to, and the model of heterosis for utilization and model of selection inbred_line should be persisted.
