摘要
本文按双列杂交法 (D4)分析了 7个自交系的生育期、株高、穗位、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、秃尖长、百粒重、出籽率、单株子粒重 11个性状的GCA、SCA及遗传参数。结果表明 :8个性状主要受加性基因效应控制 ,非加性基因效应作用较少。 8112、130 2、掖 10 7在我市表现较好 ,是有利用价值的亲本。 8112× 130 2、8112×岩自38、掖 10 7× 86_11、130 2×掖 10 7等组合 。
The general combining ability (GCA),special combining ability(SCA)and hereditary parameter of ll characters which are growth duration,plant hight,hight from ground to ear,ear length,ear thickness,ear rows,row grains,bald tip lenght, weight of hundred grains,ration of grain weight to ear weight,grain weight per plant in 7 inbred lines of corn are analysed based on diallel set of crosses (D4).The result shows those characters are majorly controlled by the effects of additive gene with less actions of non-additive gene effects.3112,1302,Yue 107 are useful parents for their better performance in GCA of those characters in Longyan City.Combines 8112×1302,8112×Yan Zi 36,Yue 107×86_11,1302×Yue 107 may be cultivated as demonstration in this city.
