在人防工程防护设备管理中运用人防工程防护设备综合监管信息系统,能防止非定点生产企业的产品或伪劣产品进入人防工程、防止定点生产安装企业低于成本价竞争,形成价格同盟,达到提高防护设备产品质量、规范市场秩序等目的。
Application of integral supervision and management information system in management of protective equipment in civil air defense engineering can prevent that the product of non designed enterprise and fake and shoddy product slip into the civil air engineering, prevent designed enterprise competition by lower cost price, prevent designed enterprises united to form price bund, to arrive the aim of improving the quality of protective equipment and regular the market order.
