基于同步续流的无刷直流电机驱动仿真研究

摘要 针对无刷直流电机控制器工作时续流二极管过热和功耗大的问题,提出了一种基于同步续流的驱动方案。该方案通过改变续流通道,实现了低功耗的MOSFET与续流二极管的同步续流。通过Matlab/Simulink建立了系统仿真模型,仿真结果显示,99%的续流电流转移到了MOSFET,功耗最高可降低70%,证明提出的同步续流方案可以明显降低无刷直流电机控制器工作中的发热与损耗,从而提高系统工作的可靠性。 A drive method based on synchronous freewheeling is presented in this paper to solve the problem of overheat and large power dissipation generated by freewheel diode of the BLDCM controller.This solution realizes freewheel through low- power-dissipation MOSFET and freewheel diode together by changing the follow current channel.Results of the simulation created under Matlab/Simulink show that 99% of the follow current is transferred to MOSFET while 70% power dissipation is decreased.This proves that the solution in this paper could obviously reduce the heat and power dissipation in BLDCM controller and the reliability of the controller could be improver partly.
