摘要
本文利用DeST软件模拟,计算出南京地区被动式住宅全年室内自然温度,分析被动式节能技术对住宅室内热舒适度的保障率,得出夏热冬冷地区被动式住宅的节能潜力值,并结合实验测试,验证了DeST软件能耗模拟的可靠性,最后提出了适用于夏热冬冷地区住宅的被动式节能技术措施。
In order to implement the higher energy efficiency standards of residential for Hot Summer & Cold Winter Zones, the energy saving potential of passive house in Hot Summer & Cold Winter Zones was calculated by DeST software. Finally, some passive energy saving methods for residential house in Hot Summer & Cold Winter Zones were put forward.
