用单雌系 F2 代遗传方法检测了棉铃虫对转Bt基因棉 (新棉 3 3 B) Bt毒素蛋白的抗性等位基因频率。研究结果表明 ,河北邱县转 Bt基因棉新棉 3 3 B只种植 1年的情况下 ,棉铃虫自然种群中抗性等位基因的频率 >5.8× 1 0 - 3 ,该方法的灵敏度比区分剂量法和机率分析 (抗性倍数 )法高一个数量级以上。文章还对转
Using F 2 genetic method of iso female lines to detect the frequency of resistance alleles to Bacillus thuringiensis toxin from transgenic Bt cotton, NuCoton 33 B, in cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigeraHübner). The results showed that resistance allele frequence in natural insect population reached to >5.8x10 3 when transgenic Bt cotton, NuCoton 33 B, had been planted for only one year in Qiu Xian County, Hebei Province. Compared with other methods for detecting and estimating resistance alleles, F 2 genetic method extend the sensitivity of allele frequence estimation by more than an order of magnitude compared with discriminating dose assay and probit analysis (resistance ratio) method. The resistance monitoring and management of this insect to Bacillus thuringiensis toxin producted from transgenic Bt cotton were discussed.
