Deep oxidative desulfurization of fuel oil catalyzed by a brnsted acidic ionic liquid [CMMIm]BF_4

摘要 以Brnsted酸性离子液体1-甲基-3-羧甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([CMMIm]BF4)为萃取剂和催化剂,以H2O2为氧化剂,催化噻吩模型油氧化脱硫.结果显示,当离子液体用量为5g/5mL模型油,反应温度为70℃,n(O)/n(S)为6,反应时间50min时,噻吩的转化率可以达到约100%.离子液体回收再利用3次,催化活性仅略有下降. A Bronsted acidic ionic liquid 1-methyl-3-methylcarboxylate imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([CMMIm]BF4) was applied as catalyst and extraetant in the oxidative desulfurization system for the removal of thiophene in the presence of H2O2 in model oil. Several parameters, e. g., hydrogen peroxide quantity,temperature,reaction time were investigated. This catalyst showed highest activity with thiophene conversion of about 100 % when the amount of ionic liquid is 5 g/5 mL model oil and n(O)/n(S) =6 for 50 min at 70℃. The ionic liquid can be recycled for 3 times with a slight decrease in activity.
