摘要
通过对水稻不育系K17A杂株类型及其来源的分析研究 ,发现导致其育性波动的主要原因在于K17A存在微效恢复基因 ,短日和高温可启动这些基因 ;微效恢复基因的启动具有累加效应 ,在不同个体之间这些基因被启动的数量不一致 ;K型胞质对育性无影响。
This paper dealt with the types and origin of impure plants of CMS line K17A in riec.It was found that there were two types of impure plants in K17A,one was caused by mechanical and biological mix,and the other was controlled by polygenes with weak restoring ability.Short photoperiod and high temperature during the panicle differentiation might activate these genes and change the sterility stability.The amount of polygenes activated in various plants of K17A was different.By using proper method K17A can be purified -
