摘要
以城市庭院绿地栽培的樟子松为材料,观察分析球花发育和传粉等开花生物学特性,结果表明:在2013年的气候条件下,群体花期持续10 d,单株传粉变动于5~8 d之间,平均为6.2 d。在不同植株中,雄球花花序大小和着生的小孢子叶球数量有明显的差别,1、2、3号树的雄花序平均长度和平均着生小孢子叶球数量分别为3.2 cm和68枚、2.8 cm和52枚、2.4 cm和44枚。小孢子叶球膨大显露、花粉母细胞减数分裂、群体撒粉初期、群体撒粉结束期4个阶段≥10℃有效积温分别为68℃、141℃、278℃和367℃。
Pinus sylvestnis var.mongolica Litv.cultivated at greenbelt of city courtyard was taken as materials to analyze the biological characteristics of cone development and pollination , the results showed that under the climatic conditions in 2013, the florescence of population flowers were 10 d;individual pollination varied from 5 d to 8 d, and the average day was 6.2 d.There were significant differences between inflorescence forms of male cone and the quantity of inserted mi -crostrobilus in different plants .The average inflorescence length of male cone and quantity of inserted microstrobilus of the first, second and third tree was 3.2 cm and 68, 2.8 cm and 52, 2.4 cm and 44, respectively.During following four sta-ges, emlargement of staminate strobilus , meiosis of pollen mother cells , preliminary stage of population dusting and termi-nal stage of population dusting (≥10℃) , effective accumulative temperature was 68℃,141℃,278℃and 367℃, respec-tively.
