CT引导导丝定位针定位辅助电视胸腔镜治疗肺部病灶42例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CT引导导丝定位针定位辅助电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗肺部病灶的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院42例在CT引导下导丝定位针定位辅助的VATS肺叶楔形切除术的临床资料,从定位效果、操作时间及术后并发症等角度进行分析。结果:CT引导下导丝定位针固定病灶组织的操作平均时间为(30.2±2.9)min,从导丝定位针定位操作结束到VATS辅助肺叶楔形切除术第1个胸腔镜置入的平均时间为1.8 h,胸腔镜肺叶楔形切除术的平均时间为103 min;42例患者中有6例患者(14.3%)有极少量气胸,5例(11.9%)有少量血肿,但均无明显临床表现。结论:术前进行CT引导下导丝定位针定位可以帮助VAST术中准确定位并有效进行肺叶楔形切除,缩短手术时间,且该操作并发症发生率较低,值得推广使用。
