船舶操纵模拟器进出港操纵自动评估系统

Automatic assessment system for the maneuver of entering or leaving port based on ship handling simulator

为降低主观因素在船舶进出港操纵评估中对评估结果的影响,分析国际海事组织以及海事局关于评估标准的相关规定,结合船舶操纵理论,建立评价指标体系;利用专家评估法获得具体评价指标权重及标准值,应用隶属函数评估法建立评估模型;设计系统的整体架构,并利用C++程序设计语言开发船舶进出港操纵自动评估系统.该系统已经在船舶操纵模拟器中进行初步测试,效果比较理想.

In order to reduce the impact of subjective factors on the evaluation results in the maneuver assessment of ente-ring or leaving port , the paper analyzed the relevant provisions on the evaluation criteria of the international maritime organi -zation and maritime safety administration , and established the evaluation index system combining with the theory of ship ma-neuvering .The weight and standard value of each evaluation index were obtained by using expert evaluation method , and the evaluation model was established by using membership function evaluation method .The overall structure of the sys-tem was designed , and the automatic evaluation system of the maneuver of entering or leaving port was developed with the＆amp;nbsp;C＋＋programming language .This system was preliminary tested in the ship handling simulator , and the effect is ideal .
