基于S63标准的电子海图数据保护方案的研究与应用

摘要 介绍基于S63标准的电子海图数据保护方案的策略结构和工作流程,分析数据保护方案采用的算法及其安全性,并给出各个算法的数值示例,讨论了数据保护方案在电子海图系统中的应用,完整地将S63格式的海图数据转换为S57格式并在海图软件中打开.实例表明,本文提出的方法是切实有效的. This paper gave a detailed description of framework and workflow of S63 data protection scheme , and analyzed the algorithms and its security used in S63.The key parameters of the algorithms were specified , and the implementation of S 63 in electronic chart display and information system ( ECDIS ) was discussed.S63 data was transformed into S57 data com-pletely, and opened in the chart software .Application results show that the proposed method is effective .
