Virtual disassembling test system design and implementation for river ship mechatronics equipment

摘要 利用计算机仿真和以太网技术设计实现内河船机电设备虚拟拆装考试系统.通过3ds Max软件绘制内河船机电设备三维精细拆装模型、制作模型拆装动画.运用XML和LUA两种脚本语言实现虚拟场景配置、拆装步骤描述、拆装约束条件定义和拆装动画播放.根据实船设备拆装手册和资深轮机员指导建议规划设备拆装顺序,运用智能评分算法和以太网技术构建内河船机电设备虚拟拆装考试局域网,考核学员对设备拆装的实际掌握情况. A virtual disassembly examination system of river ship mechatronics equipment was designed and implemented with computer simulation and ethernet network technology . The three-dimensional model of river ship mechatronics equip-ment was elaborated , and the model disassembling flash was also made by the 3ds Max software.Virtual scene configura-tion, mounting step description , definition of dismounting re-striction and dismounting flash play can be realized by XML and LUA script languages .According to the marine equipment manual and advice of senior engineers ,a local area network of river ship mechatronics equipment examination is set up with the intelligent grade algorithm and ethernet network technolo-gy, which can assess users ’ ability in handling of equipment disassembling .
