坚持群众路线,创新社会治理——以“善治”理论为视角

To Persist in the Mass Line and to Innovate the Social Governance——From the Perspective of “Good Governance” Theory

群众路线作为党的根本路线贯穿于整个社会治理的始终。本文从"善治"理论的视角分析了"善治"、群众路线以及创新社会治理体制的内在联系。提出应在"善治"理念下践行党的群众路线,从社会治理的前提、基础、关键、本质、重点、核心六个方面重构社会治理的对策。

The mass line is the party＇s fundamental line throughout the whole process of social governance.This article analyzes the inner relationship of the ＂good governance＂ ,the mass line and the institutional innovation of social governance.The author suggests that we should practice the party＇s mass line,under the philosophy of ＂good governance＂ ,and also puts forward some countermeasures to restructure social governance from six aspects：the premise,the foundation,the key,the nature,the focal point and the core of social governance.
