摘要
智能楼宇是楼宇发展的高级阶段。随着计算机、自动化控制等技术的发展和应用,以及对于节能环保等理念的要求,建筑物的智能化越来越流行。智能楼宇化已成为新世纪建筑的必要条件。而作为在楼宇自动化系统(BAS)的基础上更进一步地与通信网络系统、信息网络系统实现更高一层的建筑集成管理系统的智能楼宇管理系统(IBMS),其设计与实现,尤其是对用户界面的设计将会给用户带来方便、直观的体验。该文对智能楼宇管理系统的3D展示界面技术进行了研究,叙述了智能楼宇物体信息展示的方案设计,并详细阐述了智能楼宇三维地图暨报警可视化的实现步骤。设计并实现了一个基于irrlicht引擎编写程序控制场景展示,3DS Max制作仿真模型的综合解决方案。主要包括三维仿真模型制作、用户界面设计、双显示屏展示系统设计、智能楼宇展示逻辑控制模块设计、静态物体信息展示模块设计和报警信息展示模块设计六个部分。在该文设计方案基础上,进行了系统实现和测试。还进行了一些优化权衡与选择,使用户对本系统的使用更加方便。在实现系统功能的同时,并考虑到了系统的可扩展性,为该系统今后与IBMS连接提供了方便。
With the development and application of the computer technology and automatic control technology, as well as the re-quirements of the energy saving and environmental, intelligent building technology becomes more and more importance. Intelli-gent Building Management System (IBMS), which is the central control in intelligent buildings, is the key of the intelligent build-ing technology. At the same time, as the promotion and advancement of Virtual Reality technology, the research of IBMS with well interaction gradually received the attention of the industry.This paper concentrates on how to design and implement the in-formation demonstration of objects in the 3D map. It suggests an integrated solution based on Access database saving object infor-mation, irrlicht engine controlling scene demonstration and 3D Max making simulation model. It mainly includes six parts: 3D simulation model making, user interface design, and double screens demonstration, logic controlling module design, demonstra-tion of static information of objects and warning message module design. Based upon the design concept, it complements the pro-cess of realizing this system and post-test. During realizing the system, it makes some optimization and choice to enable users us-ing the system more comfortable. At the same time, it considers system expansibility, and that gives an easy way for the system to connect with IMBS.
