摘要
结合美国及欧洲的相关标准,从技术角度对新版反光膜国标GB/T18833—2012进行解读。基于国标修订的社会和技术背景,从逆反射技术的发展、交通标志识认条件、反光膜及道路的工程设计、材料实际应用等方面指出旧版反光膜国标GB/T18833—2002的不足,以及新版国标的进步,并展望未来国内反光膜标准的发展道路。
In combination with the relevant criteria of the USA and Europe, this paper interprets the new version of national criterion GB/T18833--2012 for reflective file from technical perspective. On the basis of social and technical background for revision of the national criterion, the paper indicates shortcomings of the old version of national criterion GB/T18833--2002 for reflective film from aspects including development of back reflection technology, traffic sign recognition conditions, engineering design of reflective film and road, actual application of materials, etc. and advancement of the new version of national criterion, and outlooks the development path of domestic standards for reflective film in the future.
