摘要
在铁路营业线桥涵施工中,采用人工挖孔桩上架设便梁作为施工加固体系,通过在南京宁启线某标段的下穿顶进涵施工中的实际运用,介绍了测斜仪的工作原理及应用,总结了测斜技术在铁路营业线桥涵施工中出现的若干关键问题,并分别从测斜管的布置、埋设、精度分析、采集频率、数据处理、预警预报等方面进行探讨,总结人工挖孔桩在土体开挖过程中及列车静、动荷载影响下的变形机制及位移规律,优化开挖施工方案,提高铁运及施工的安全性。
In the bridge and culvert construction on operating railway line, the buttress-girder temporary support system is used as the construction reinforcement. This paper introduces the application and working principle of portable digital inclinometer through the practical application in culvert jacking construction under somewhere on Nanjing Ningqi existing railway line. This paper summarizes a number of key issues of inclinometer technology in bridge and culvert construction on operating railway line and discusses from the aspects of the layout of inclinometer tube, laying design, accuracy analysis, collection frequency, data processing, early warning and forecasting; analyzes the deformation mechanism and displacement rule of manual hole digging pile under the impact of soil excavation and trains' static and dynamic load, which optimizes the excavation and construction program, improves the safety of railway transportation.
