摘要
桥梁同步顶升是一项精细、科学的工作,除了有科学的施工技术外,还要有可靠先进的装备,才能保证桥梁结构在顶升(落梁)过程中安全。顶升过程中,严格控制顶升动力和位移,才能保证桥梁结构的安全。严格控制顶升千斤顶的同步才能保证顶升平稳,以及避免顶升过程中出现结构损伤等现象。结合工程实例,详细介绍了桥梁病害及成因分析,同步顶升的设备要求及实施方法,以及更换支座后桥梁质量评价。
Synchronizing lifting of bridge should be elaborate and scientific, which needs advanced equipment to ensure bridge structure safety during lifting, as well as scientific construction technology. Strict control of lifting dynamic and displacement ensures bridge structure safety during lifting. Strict control of lifting jack synchronization ensures stable lifting to avoid structural damage during lifting. Based on engineering example, this paper introduces bridge diseases and cause analysis, equipment requirement and implementation method for synchronizing lifting, quality evaluation of the bridge after bearing replacement.
