摘要
以重庆主城某浸水加筋土挡墙加固工程为例,分析了该类型挡墙的失稳特征和失稳原因。基于不破坏原工程主体结构以及降低对工程正常运营不利影响的原则,选用了格构锚管注浆的加固方案。结合工程实际和现场试验,解决了锚管防腐、锚管水平成孔等施工难题,确定了合理的注浆参数。施工安全监测结果表明,选用的加固方案有效抑制了挡墙变形的继续发展,达到了预期的加固效果。
The failure characteristics and reasons of immersed reinforced earth retaining wall are analyzed based on some reinforcement project of reinforced earth retaining wall in Chongqing. Based on the principles of not destroying the main structure of the original retaining wall and avoiding the adverse impact on the operation status, the composite structure with the lattice beam and anchor pipe grouting is adopted as the final reinforcement scheme. Combined with project practice and field test, the construction problems of anticorrosion and horizontal boring of anchor pipe are solved, and the suitable grouting parameters are verified. The results of construction safety monitoring show that the deformation development of retaining wall is effectively restrained and the anticipated reinforcement effect is achieved.
