摘要 针对新疆某复杂铁、锰多金属矿石进行了选矿试验,原矿中含Fe 14.65%,Mn 18.05%。根据矿石工艺矿物学特点,确定采用弱磁选回收铁,强磁选回收锰的工艺流程。试验表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占85.70%时,可获得铁精矿Fe品位63.52%、回收率54.66%,锰精矿Mn品位31.25%、回收率65.44%的较好指标,为选厂技术改造提供了依据。 A complex polymetallic Fe -Mn ore in Sinkiang consists of 14.65% Fe and 18.05%Mn.According to mineralogy properties , low intensive magnetic separation process ( LIMS) was a-dopted to separate iron minerals and high intensive magnetic separation ( HIMS) was used to recov-er manganese minerals .Under a grinding fineness -0 .074 mm and content 85 .70%, a Fe con-centrate assaying 63 .52%Fe with a recovery of 54 .66%and a Mn concentrate assaying 31 .25%Mn with a recovery of 65 .44%were finally obtained .The study provides a basis for the technical reform of dressing plant .
