摘要
为节约成本、缩短生产周期、增加可靠性,对水上插桩快速定位装置进行了三维有限元分析和动态仿真模拟,分析了8种工况下定位装置的应力和变形情况,并依此对装置进行了优化。然后,利用Pro/E和3DMAX的不同优点进行了应用仿真,使得定位装置在进行动画仿真表达时具有精确的定位关系和完美的动画效果。
In order to save costs,shorten the production cycle,increase the reliability of the device,3D finite element analysis and dynamic simulation were carried out for rapid positioninf device. The stress and deformation analysis of the positioninf device were performed in 8 workinf conditions,then to optimize the device. Simulation was carried out by usinf the different advantafes of Pro/E and 3DMAX in mechanism modelinf and animation expression,which realized the positioninf device with accurate positioninf relationship and perfect animation effects in the animated simulation expression.
