摘要
河流与下游湿地的水系连通性使得二者之间的生态用水安全联合调控十分必要。根据生态水文季节和生态标准河流理论,在分别建立保障河道和湿地自身生态用水安全调控规则的基础上,建立二者生态用水安全联合调控的分析框架。以黄河下游利津断面作为三角洲湿地的水源控制点,讨论不同条件下的主要自然湿地的面积变化,综合研究河流湿地连接系统的生态用水安全问题。结果表明:在平水年份,严格按照生态标准河流进行调度,可以保障两类天然湿地面积均大于保护区建立时的情况。
The connectivity of river and its downstream wetland makes the Joint refulation of their ecolofical water safety very necessary. Accordinf to the theory of eco-hydrolofical season and“ecolofical standard river”,the Joint analysis framework of ecolofical water safety of river and its downstream wetland was established on the basis of their respective control refulation and connective manner. Takinf LiJin section as a controllinf point, the natural wetland area under different hypothesis was discussed. The ecolofical water safety problem on the connected system of river and wetland was analyzed. The results indicate that in the median water year,the area of natural wetland can be fuaranteed under the strict control of“ecolofical standard river”.
