摘要
结合规划咨询以后广州市城市建设形势的发展 ,试图提出广州市未来较长时间内比较稳定的城市空间发展目标 ,深化并形成广州市长远发展政策框架 ,从思想和方法上把可持续发展落到实处。为下一阶段的规划工作提供一个基于概念规划的研究平台 ,为政府近期决策提供参考。
This paper tries to put forward a long term and a stable development target for the city of Guangzhou based on the scheme of concept planning come out of the common views contributed by five consulting units. This scheme can help build up a policy frame making the sustainable development practical in thinking and method, and it is actually a platform to study the concept planning and a reference for the government to formulate recent policies.
