摘要
结合国培数学教师职后培训的实际,从基本素养、教学能力、教学工作和专业发展等四个方面出发,对培训效果建立评价模型,并运用所建模型对某学员培训前后、三名学员培训后进行了实证分析研究,为国培数学教师职后培训评价提供参考.
This paper combines the actual conditions of national training middle school mathematics teachers,from basic literacy,teaching ability,teaching and professional development in four aspects,the evaluation model of training effect is established,and using the model carries on the empirical analysis research on a students before and after the training,as well as three cadets after training,in order to provide a reference for middle school mathematics teachers in training evaluation.
