摘要
根据阿什河流域现状水质及纳污总量,结合黑龙江省水功能区水质要求,制定合理的水环境治理目标;概化河段、节点,建立阿什河干流水动力水质模型,计算不同水平年、流域各区段的纳污能力;对照纳污总量,提出污染削减量,并全面提出可行性、可操作性的水污染防治措施。
According to the status of water quality and capacity, the article combined with the water quality requirements of water function area in Heilongjiang Province, and set a reasonable goal of water environmental management objectives;generalize River and node, established the Ashe river water quality model,quantify river pollutant carrying capacity in different level years, different sections of the Basin;by comparing the control capacity, the another , suggested the pollution abatementand , and put forward a feasible, operable water pollution prevention and control measures.
