长期运行的330kV断路器灭弧室全场域电场计算分析

摘要 运用有限元计算方法,以长期运行一相330 kV断路器零部件实测尺寸为依据建立模型进行静态电场仿真计算,并与依据标准图纸尺寸建模的静态电场仿真结果进行对比分析。通过对比计算结果,讨论了灭弧室参数对电场分布以及开断产生的影响。结果表明,LW13-363型断路器在长期运行后其灭弧室零部件尺寸的变化会引起灭弧室电场的变化,造成断路器断口承受恢复电压能力下降、开断性能下降和短路开断时主触头闪络的可能性增大。 The finite element method is used to calculate the electric fields of two extinguishing chamber models, one is based on the measured size of a long-running 330 kV circuit-hreaker while the other based on the size from the design drawings. The calculation results of the two models are eontrastively studied, and the impact on the electric fieht distribution and the breaking performance with changes in the size of the extinguishing chamber is analyzed. The results show that the size of the extinguishing chamber in LW13- 363 circuit-breaker is changed after long-running which could affect the chamber's electric field distribution,reduce the capacity of the recovery voltage between the contacts,undermine the breaking performance and increase the possibility of are-over while short circuit breaking occurs.
