摘要
在阐述旅客服务系统现状的基础上,结合铁路旅客服务系统运营实践,从系统架构、旅客服务、客运组织、系统维护方面分析新形势下铁路旅客服务系统存在的主要问题,提出铁路旅客服务系统优化方案,阐明系统优化后体系结构重构、旅客服务与生产组织并重、构建开放的服务平台、强化系统基础管理等主要特点,为铁路旅客服务系统发展提供参考。
Based on expounding status of passenger service system, combining with the operation of railway passenger service system, this paper, from aspects of system framework, passenger service, passenger transport organization and system maintenance, analyzes main problems existing in railway passenger service system under new situation, puts forward the optimization program of the system and expounds the main characteristics of the system after optimizing, such as reconstituting the system structure, laying equal stress on passenger service and product organization, establishing open service platform and strengthening basic management of the system, so as to provide reference for development of railway passenger service system.
