摘要 通过分析铁路装载加固安全的影响因素,结合铁路装载加固的作业流程和主要安全环节,建立铁路装载加固安全风险识别体系。综合考虑风险事件的发生概率等级和损失大小等级,将装载加固安全风险划分为很高、高、一般和较低4个等级。运用层次分析法和模糊数学理论,研究铁路装载加固安全风险的综合评估方法。最后以实际算例分析验证该方法的可行性,对现实具有一定的指导意义。 Through analyzing safety influence factors of railway loading reinforcement, combining with operation procedure and main safety links of railway loading reinforcement, the safety risk identification system of railway loading reinforcement was established. Through comprehensively considering the probability level and the loss level of risk events, the safety risk of loading reinforcement was divided into 4 grades, which are super high grade, high grade, general grade and lower grade. By using the AHP method and fuzzy mathematics theory, this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation method on safety risk of railway loading reinforcement. In the end, the feasibility of the evaluation method was analyzed and validated by using actual examples, and has guidance meaning to the actual status.
