朝阳燕山湖发电有限公司2台600 MW机组分别于2011年12月、2012年3月相继投产发电,运行期间发生过1号机6、7瓦甩油故障,2号机B级检修时发现5瓦两侧浮动油环对口螺栓和防转销子断裂,电侧浮动油环上半部断裂等情况,给机组安全运行带来隐患。主要对以上情况进行原因及技术改造分析。

Two 600 MW new units in Chaoyang Yanshanhu Power Company Limited made by Harbin steam turbine factory,putting into operation respectively in December 2011,March 2012. During operation period,No. 6 and No. 7 tiles dumped oil for No. 1 Unit, and during B-class maintenance for No. 2 Unit,the counterpart bolts for both sides of the floating oil ring and the anti-rotation pin sub, and the upper half of electric floating oil ring are found fractured in No. 5 tile. All of which would bring hidden danger to the safe operation,so concerning technical improvement of comprehensive analysis is made.
