摘要
介绍了越南广宁电厂二期工程2×300 MW机组在模拟量控制系统(MCS)调试过程中风量补偿、给水控制时自动抢水和协调控制系统(CCS)控制模式下主汽压力波动大3个主要问题,分别进行分析,并给出了相应解决方法,为之后的送风自动、氧量自动、负荷扰动试验、RB试验和甩负荷试验奠定了基础,保证了机组长期、安全、稳定运行。
This paper introduces three major problems of air flow compensation coefficient,automatic fast water supply and main steam pressure fluctuation in the CCS control mode in Modulating Control System( Referred to as MCS) debugging in Quang Ninh Thermal Power Plant of Vietnam Phase Ⅱ 2 × 300 MW Unit. Each of them is analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given,thus laying a good foundation for air flow control,oxygen trim control,load ramp test,RB test and load rejection test to ensure long-term stable, safe operation.
