辽宁省电力有限公司2010年招标采购的一批某厂家非晶合金变压器,投运过程中,噪音较大,投运后不久多次发生设备故障,经认定,该批变压器存在家族性缺陷,已返厂更换。对该批非晶合金变压器进行解体检查,并对存在的问题进行了详细分析。

In 2010,Liaoning bidding company purchased a batch of amorphous alloy transformers,and in the commissoning process, the transformers operated with great noise,shortly after equipment failure occurred many times. Familial defective is identified,and the batch has gone through depot replacement. Liaoning Electric Power Research Institute Device Status Assessment Center dismantled the transformer and found the cause of the problem.
