摘要
河南能源化工集团鹤煤公司60万t/a甲醇项目甲醇合成装置采用丹麦托普索低压甲醇合成工艺;介绍了甲醇合成工艺流程,分析了装置存在的问题,提出了合成回路高压气密改进方案以及合成催化剂还原优化方案。结果表明,实施甲醇合成装置的优化设计全年可节约生产成本945万元。
Demark Topsфe low pressure methanol synthesis process was used in the methanol synthesis plant with a capacity of 600 000 t /a,in the Hebi Coal Mine Company,Henan Energy Source Chemical-Engineering Group; author has introduced the methanol synthesis process flow,has analyzed the existing problems of the plant,has presented the improvement scheme for high pressure gas sealing in synthesis loop and the optimal scheme for reduction of synthetic catalyst. Result indicates that executing optimal design of methanol synthesis plant can save production cost 9. 45 million Yuan RMB annually.
