摘要
贵州开阳化工有限公司50万t/a合成氨装置净化系统脱除H2S和CO2采用低温甲醇洗工艺。分析了净化系统甲醇洗涤塔之T 3001塔出口CO2超标的原因,简述了相应的处理措施及效果。
Rectisol process was used for removal of H2S and CO2in Guizhou Kaiyang Chemical Engineering Company Ltd.,with a capacity of50 000 t /a. Author has analyzed the reason exceeding standard requirement of H2S and CO2at outlet of methanol scrubber T3001,has briefly described the appropriate treatment measure and its effect.
