摘要
介绍了锦天化合成氨装置低温变换炉运行状况;分析了引起低温变换催化剂失活的原因;实施了在低温变换炉前增加脱氯装置的技改措施。结果表明,技改后催化剂使用寿命可以提高到48个月。
Author has introduced the operating situation for low temperature shifter in Jinxi Natural Gas Chemical-Engineering Synthesis Ammonia Plant; has analyzed the inactivation reason induced for low temperature shift catalyst; has implemented the technical reformation measure adding de-chlorination device before low temperature shifter. Result indicates that the service life of catalyst can be increased by 48 months after technical reformation.
