山东规模化猪场猪流感(H1N1亚型)血清流行病学调查

Serological investigation of swine influenza H1N1 subtype in large-scale swine farms of Shandong Province

本研究应用酶联免疫吸附试验对2012年2月至2013年5月来自山东省规模化猪场的1573份血清样品进行了猪流感HIN1亚型抗体检测,结果显示阳性血清524份,阳性率33.31%,这对了解山东及周边地区规模化猪场猪流感HIN1亚型的分布和流行状况提供了重要依据,对猪流感的防治具有参考意义。

During February,2012 to May,2013, 1573 serum samples from different swine herds in Shandong province were tested for swine H1N1 subtype antibodies by ELISA. resulting in 524 positive samples with a positive rate of 33.31%.This research presented significant information of swine H1N1 subtype epidemiology in large-scale swine farms and the surrounding areas in Shandong province,and provided practical guidance for the prevention and treatment of swine influenza as well.
