摘要
聚合物合成和加工过程中不可避免的在聚合物中残留未反应单体和有机挥发物,残单和挥发物在聚合物使用和存储过程中带来一系列的环境和健康问题。聚合物中残单和挥发物的脱除过程按是否改变聚合反应过程可分为化学方法和物理方法。物理方法和化学方法具有多种不同实现方式,且具有各自的优缺点,并适用于不同的聚合物体系和脱除过程。为提高脱除效率可通过物理方法和化学方法相结合的方法,或者同时使用物理方法和化学方法的多种方式。
The presence of unavoidable residual monomers and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in polymers after the polymer synthesis and processing may cause a series of health and environmental problems during application and storage.Several techniques are employed for removing the residual monomers and VOCs,and these methods can be classified into two categories:chemical method based on changing polymerization process and physical method.All these chemical and physical removal methods have their specific advantages and disadvantages,and are adapted to different polymer systems and removal processes.The combination of chemical removal method and physical removal method or the application of several techniques of one removal method is an attractive way to increase the removal efficiency.
